  • To respect Magnurs’ confidential information (whether or not recorded in documentary form, or stored on any magnetic or optical disk or memory) relating to Magnurs’ business, including but not limited to the products, customers, clients, price lists, suppliers, finances, patents, trademarks and trade secrets, and not (either during the course of the Owner’s Agreement with the Consultant or during one (1) year after its termination) to use for the Owner’s own purposes or those of any third party, disclose or communicate (or facilitate the disclosure or communication) to any person, company or organization, any confidential information acquired or discovered during the course of the Owner’s Agreement with the Consultant.

 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

If any provision or part of a provision in these Conditions of Sale is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision or part will be considered void, and the legality, validity, or enforceability of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

These Conditions of Sale (along with any referenced terms) represent the entire agreement between you and us regarding the purchase of products or services.
