RETURNS
Merchandise purchased online is eligible for a refund (excluding shipping charges) if returned in its original, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase, along with the original sales receipt and packaging. Please note that Magnurs does not offer exchanges or refunds on personalized creations. For repair or servicing inquiries, please refer to our Repair Services in the FAQ section.
Simply Contact us to create a ticket and we will arrange for collection at the address provided in the ticket. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 working days of receiving the return.

EXCHANGES
To return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact our Client Care Team at customercare@magnurs.com for assistance. Kindly note that the return pick-up service is not complimentary.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a thorough quality inspection. Items must be returned in perfect condition, within 30 days of purchase, and accompanied by the original sales receipt and packaging. Please be aware that personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
